Choosing A Course

Hi im bryan ng yih miin. Thank you for taking interest to read this blog.
Firstly, if you're a high school graduate holding a High School Diploma (US or Canada) , International Baccelaurate (IB) , GCSE or  IGCSE, you could consider a few options:

  1. American degree
  2. Diploma
  3.  University foundations (MUFY and so on)
  4. Pre-university course : A level, STPM, IB
These programmes could range from 6 months to 2 years.

However, you should try to make up your mind on your ambition or  even what you could see yourself doing in the 10 -20 years to come.
These are the questions that you could ask yourself :

  1. What subject are you interested in high school? Mathematics , Linguistic or Biology?
  2. What is your ambition till the current moment? doctor, surgeon, lawyer, engineer , lecturer?
  3. Try to attach yourself to some workplace such as hospitals , law firms or even companies to see the real work
  4. What personalities or qualities you think you have? hardworking, friendly, sociable or meticulous?
  5.  How's your grades? what is your best subject?

These are just the preliminary questions you should ask yourself.
The next part will be continued in the next few posts.
