Medical school in Malaysia

These are the requirements needed for admission to Medical degree in Malaysia

For local government universities , you will need :

1. Good grades for SPM/O level such as 10 1As
2.  Good cGPA for A level or STPM, STPM is preferred - 3.5 and above
3. Good Matriculation result 
4. MUET - muet is a malaysian university english examination which is a prerequisite for gov university.
5. You must apply through the central university board.

For private universities , they have variable requirements.

IMU

1. A level - B,B,A for Biology, chemistry and mathematics
2. SAM 85% and above
3. STPM
4.  You  will need to attend an interview
5. IELTS 7.5
6. MUEt - band 5

Monash university

1. They acccept A level, SAM  , ICPU as well as STPM with good grades of overall AAB
2. You will need to sit for ISAT
3. An interview  

Most the medical studies in Malaysia will requires you to study for 1-2 years of foundation in medical and another 5 -6 years of degree in medical and surgery (MBBS) or MD.

In universities such as IMU and NUmed , you could actually go for a twinnning programme to UK, USA or australia.
