There're many aspects that you will need to consider carefully before jumping into this critical course.
- First of all, ones should have a passion in the subjects involved in the course. You will need have a great interest in Human Biology as most of the aspects of the study of your first year involving Biology such as Human Physiology and Anatomy and Pathology.
- You will also need to have a strong foundation in Chemistry especially Organic Chemistry which will cover a huge syllabus of your medical course.
- I would recommend students to apply for a student attachment work in Hospitals as well as the NHS clinics if possible in order to see the real working world. It would be absolutely different from the dramas glamour that we used to know from Grey's Anatomy and ER.
- Then, one must consider about the Financial status as most medial studies will requires a high tuition fees ranging from US$ 40,000 to US$ 200,000. You will need to consider about the financial aids available which will be available in the Financial Aid post that yet to come.
- Most importantly, ones should also consider minimum requirements that is required for admission.
- There will be a list of medical schools in Asia, Europe,US and Russia in the next post.
Most of the universities in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong as well as Australia and United Kingdom will need a requirement of GCE A level or equivalent qualifications and as well as Admission examinations.
